To reactivate your account, you will need to login to ASSIST with your password. You will receive a message that the account is inactive with a link to reactivate your account. Click on the reactivate link and fill out the form with your Account ID and email address. Make sure to enter the email address that was used to establish your ASSIST account. Click on the link sent in the email, or paste the link into a new browser. Select “Submit” to complete the reactivation process. An email notification will be sent with a temporary password.
